Simple rules! you comment and I'll make a design of your character using the simulator (if you dont know, look at my (insert name here)'s Design deviations). Add a color and a mood for your character (and a picture of him/her won't hurt). When I make 10 we'll vote on the best ones in which I'll reward the characters.
